After graduating I worked in some of the top hotels in London, The Savoy and The Connaught Hotel, as well as the kitchens of Buckingham Palace cooking for the Royal Family. A year in France and Switzerland topped off my European experience. I have owned my own fine dining restaurant and began training chefs around the world in 1982. Recent positions have been Director of a culinary school in the British Virgin Islands and in 2006 I opened a new culinary school in Virginia. I know bring my 35 years of culinary experience to Texas, and of course, your own kitchen.
